Worship
We warmly welcome worshippers of all ages, especially at our sung Sunday Eucharists (10 am at St Andrew's Mottingham, and 11.30 am at St Alban's – addresses below), and seasonal family services. We aim to mix reverence and dignity with relaxed informality, openness, and inclusivity, along with warmth and a keen sense of fun! For those who prefer quieter and more reflective services, we offer Said Communion (10 am on Wednesday, at St Andrew's), Evening Prayer (6.30pm each Thursday, at St Alban's), Bible Study and prayer meetings, occasional services of healing and 'Stations of the Cross' meditations.
Churches Together In Mottingham CTIM
For many key services such as the Good Friday Walk of Witness, Carol Services, and Remembrance Day we join together with our friends from Mottingham Methodists, St Edward's, and Our Lady Help of Christians to offer worship and prayer. We also join together for Lent Groups, Christian Aid Week fund-raising, and other special services. The mutual respect and tolerance enshrined in ecumenism are greatly valued at St Andrew's and St Alban's.
